Sorry no mail in registrations.  Pre-Registration entry fee: $35 through 12/31.  $40 from 1/1/21-2/27/22.  $45 starting 2/28.  Choose from 25 or 47 mile distances. No license required. Register early and save!  No refunds will be allowed although you can transfer your entry to another rider. 

Q: What if there is some insane snow storm?

A: We hope everyone will enjoy an epic day, hopefully not quite as epic as our inaugural year since we moved the event back to March!!  Some ice,  snow and cold temps are just fine!!!   This ride can be one to add some hair on your chest!!!!  You are welcome to drop down to a shorter distance.

Q: Where is the race?

A: The start/finish is downtown Garrettsville at the intersection of Main & High Street.   8105 Main St, Garrettsville, OH 44231.  

Q: What’s this strava challenge offered?

A: There are several strava challenges along the site.  We will have them marked so in the course of the event, feel free to test your limits to see you can be the King or Queen of the Mountain along these coveted segments!

Q: How is the event timed?

A:  IT IS NOTE A RACE….BUT IT WILL BE CHIP TIMED AND RESULTS WILL BE POSTED There will be also be strava course segments for each course for those wanting to see how their times stack up to everyone else’s.

Q: When does the ride start?

A: There will be a mass start at 10AM.

Q: What  are the raffle prizes?

A:  LOTS OF THEM!!!!  Buy your tickets!

Q: What  is included with my registration?

A:  For 2021, event tshirts, pint glasses, 1 free beer, 1 raffle ticket and one cup of chili is included with your registration.  Pint glasses and shirts are limited to the first 300.  T-shirt orders go in early so register early to guarantee your shirt size.

Q: How much are additional raffle tickets?

A:  $2 each or 6 for $10.  

Q: Where will the raffle money go?

A:  2022 raffle proceeds will, of course, go to charity and we are currently determining what would be the best fit! 

For 2021, all event proceeds were donated to the Portage Park District that maintains the Headwater’s Trail and the Shenanigans Youth Development team.

Q:  How can I volunteer?

A:  We could use some extra hands.  Please email us.

Q: What will be available at the post ride party?

A: Join us at the post race party to pick up your free pint glass filled with either a non-alcoholic beverage or our title sponsor, Double Wing Brewing Company.  All riders can warm up with some chili while getting in on the raffle action or watching the arm wrestling tournament open to all riders!

Q: Can I run aerobars?

A: The use of aerobars is strongly discouraged.
