Q: When is the Road Apple Roubaix?

A: Saturday March 3rd, 2018 starting at 10AM.

Q: How do I register?

A:  Sign up on bikereg.com  https://www.bikereg.com/road-apple-roubaix

Sorry no mail in registrations.  Pre-Registration entry fee: $30 through 12/31.  $35 from 1/1/15-2/25.  $40 after 2/25.  Choose from 15, 25 or 40 mile distances. No license required. Register early and save!  No refunds will be allowed although you can transfer your entry to another rider. 

Q: What if there is some insane snow storm?

A: We hope everyone will enjoy an epic day, hopefully not quite as epic as our inaugural year since we moved the event back to March!!  Some ice,  snow and cold temps are just fine!!!   This ride can be one to add some hair on your chest!!!!  You are welcome to drop down to a shorter distance.

Q: Where is the race?

A: The start/finish is at Slim & Jumbos located at 8105 Main St, Garrettsville, OH 44231.  

Q: What’s this strava challenge offered?

A: There are several strava challenges along the site.  We will have them marked so in the course of the event, feel free to test your limits to see you can be the King or Queen of the Mountain along these coveted segments!

Q: How is the event timed?

A: The event is not timed.  It is not a race.  There will be strava course segments for each course for those wanting to see how their times stack up to everyone elses.

Q: When does the ride start?

A: There is a mass start at 10 am for 25 and 40 milers.  The 15 milers will start at 10:02 am.  The raffle is at 2 to give everyone a chance to get back.

Q: What  are the raffle prizes?

A:  LOTS OF THEM!!!!  Buy your tickets!

Q: What  is included with my registration?

A:  For 2017, a commemorative item (pint glass, mug, etc.), event T-shirt, first round, free chili (or vegetarian option), free raffle ticket and more!

Q: How much are additional raffle tickets?

A:  $2 each or 6 for $10.  

Q: Where will the raffle money go?

A: For 2017, all raffle proceeds were donated to charities which included Garrettsville’s own cross country team (who helped out) as well as the Portage Park District that maintains the Headwater’s Trail.

Q:  How can I volunteer?

A:  We could use some extra hands.  Please email us.

Q: What will be available at the post ride party?

A: Free chili (or vegetarian option) and first round to all!  Raffle will be at 2 PM.
